Features of LPG Spray Dryer
Liquid products are atomized by centrifugal force of atomizing disc at high speed rotation. Products are dried in concurrent with circulated air.
- Short drying time due to large surface area of droplet groups
- Suitable for small granules (80 to 200 meshes) with good flow.
- Large flexibility of operation
- Heat utilization rate is higher than that of other spray dryer when air temperature is over 150ºC
- No height requirement for factory buildings.
Spray Dryer Components
This spray dryer including feeding system, medium circulation system, air filter system, air heating system, the main machine, product discharging system, cyclone system and control system.
